- Track divisional financial results against approved budgets, flag underperformance early, and support corrective action and improvement opportunities.

- Build the key controls testing plan, define scope, and keep the implementation and results aligned with the agreed timeline.
- Coordinate the testing approach with the Internal Control Manager and seek guidance when needed.
- Prepare and submit analytical reports to the division head on control-testing outcomes, including identified deficiencies and remediation plans to support informed risk decisions.
- Confirm that testing has been completed in accordance with the Control Testing Framework.

- Train division staff and offer guidance on regulatory, policy, and risk-related matters in coordination with the Compliance Department.
- Escalate all near-miss events and operational loss incidents that may affect the bank.
- Work with Compliance and, where needed, SAMA to help the division remain aligned with new regulations, policies, procedures, and regulatory instructions.
- Act as a link between the Head of Division, Compliance Department, and external regulators on exception closure and breach-mitigation actions.
- Recognize the major risks and controls within the selected significant processes and assess whether control design is effective in reducing those key risks.
- Consolidate and monitor divisional KPIs to measure performance against the business plan, and highlight any gaps or variances that need attention.
- Support the preparation of high-level financial analysis using internal finance, MIS, and KPI reporting to help management understand performance and decide on corrective actions.
- Review control-testing outcomes and build remedial action plans based on findings to help protect the bank from future exposures.
- Follow up with first- and second-line stakeholders on open observations and develop closure plans with agreed timelines.
- Track implementation of approved corrective and remedial actions through to completion.
- Design and manage ad hoc quality checks on divisional deliverables and services, including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying better practices, process enhancements, cost-saving ideas, and productivity gains.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, and environmental controls to help maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
- Carry out other duties or assignments as requested.
