About the Role

FedEx is seeking a Dispatch Agent to manage and control cross-border trucking operations, specifically for heavy-weight dispatches. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage dispatch operations, including cross-border trucking for heavy-weight shipments.

• Escalate complex operational challenges to senior management for resolution.
