The Opportunity

This role is part of a restaurant team that prepares food by hand each day and delivers a welcoming guest experience. Team members are trained to work across multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, so they can support the restaurant wherever needed. The company emphasizes career growth, with a large majority of managers having started in crew positions.

What You Will Do

• Support daily restaurant operations across assigned stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Prepare real food by hand following the restaurant’s standards and processes.
• Help create a friendly, positive environment for customers and teammates.
• Deliver attentive service while working as part of a fast-paced team.
• Learn new tasks and build capability across different areas of the restaurant.

What You Should Bring

• A warm, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Genuine interest in serving and supporting both guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate in the main language or languages used at the work location.

Pay Details

The stated pay range is $17.60 to $18.60 per hour, with the exact offer depending on skill level, experience, and/or education, and subject to local wage and hour requirements.
