Role Overview

Farro & Co is seeking a driven Associate Partner who can act as a brand representative and help grow the firm’s reach across India, the UAE, and Singapore. The position focuses on engaging high-net-worth individuals and businesses with customized solutions in residency and citizenship by investment, golden visas, and other global mobility services. The role combines client development, relationship building, and market expansion.

Client Acquisition and Sales Development

You will identify, approach, and convert prospective clients interested in residence and citizenship programmes and related mobility solutions. A key part of the role is understanding each client’s goals, shaping suitable recommendations, and building sales pipelines that support revenue targets. You will also carry out initial qualification steps, including early due diligence and source-of-funds review, to help assess fit and reduce risk.

Relationship Management

This role requires developing long-term relationships with HNWIs, families, and corporate clients. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring the client experience remains smooth, personalised, and high quality.
