Role overview

This Associate position sits within Tax, specifically in Operations, and is focused on regulatory risk and compliance work. What you will do

You will build, refine, and deploy generative AI and machine learning models, contribute to data science analysis, and write Python-based solutions that support model development and integration. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions and to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, and VAEs for different use cases.
• Improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability through tuning and optimization.
• Deploy models into production using cloud platforms and MLOps methods.
• Carry out data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Write maintainable Python code for AI development, automation, pipelines, APIs, and system integration.
• Partner with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Share model results, insights, and technical findings with varied audiences.
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, and data science and contribute to research efforts.

Skills and experience expected

The ideal candidate should bring strong programming ability in Python, hands-on knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, cloud services, and DevOps-style delivery practices. Strong communication, independent problem-solving, and teamwork are also important. Experience with containerization and work in industry-specific AI solutions is valued.
