Role overview
This opportunity is built for future leaders who want to grow into store management. In this hands-on position, you will strengthen your coaching ability, supervisory experience, coffee and tea knowledge, and business judgment while learning how to run a high-performing store. The role is designed to help you understand how to lead a multi-million-dollar business, build strong teams, and create a welcoming community space for customers.
What you will learn and contribute
You will combine online learning, classroom instruction, and practical mentorship to develop the skills needed to support a successful retail business. The position focuses on improving sales performance through strong business awareness, operational efficiency, and problem-solving. You will also learn how to engage and develop partners so they can do their best work as individuals and as part of a team. In addition, you will act as a positive brand representative who helps drive results through others.
Candidate profile
The organization is looking for someone with retail or customer service management background, strong organizational and people skills, and a problem-solving mindset. A sales-oriented, entrepreneurial approach is important for success in this environment. A minimum of high school completion or GED is required.
Requirements

Compensation and benefits
The expected hiring range for this position is CAD 56,000 to CAD 66,500 per year. Actual pay may differ depending on the local market, your relevant experience, your skills, and internal pay alignment. Eligible employees may also participate in a bonus program and receive annual bean stock grants.
