About the internship
This in-office internship is focused on managing learner relationships and supporting the admissions journey for TopMentor’s programs. You will interact with prospective learners, understand their goals, explain the available courses, and help move them smoothly through enrollment.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners to learn about their background, interests, and career objectives, then suggest programs that fit their needs.
- Respond to queries, present course details in a clear way, and support candidates through each step of the enrollment process.
- Follow up regularly with leads, nurture relationships, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, remain available for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the role.
Stipend
The stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 17,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month plus an incentive component of INR 4,000 to 5,000 per month.
