Gino's Gelato is hiring a Supervisor for its Killarney store in County Kerry, Ireland. The brand is a nationwide gelato chain that is growing quickly, and this opportunity is aimed at someone who is highly customer-oriented and comfortable leading a team.

What you will do

• Deliver a strong customer experience by engaging with guests directly and making sure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Encourage the team to interact with customers, promote add-on sales, suggest complementary items, and highlight ongoing offers.
• Organize staff rosters, oversee stock levels, handle cash management, and manage opening and closing duties for the store.
• Keep the shop environment clean and safe for both employees and customers at all times.
• Support team development through training, recognition, and performance management.
• Help plan and roll out in-store marketing activities that support sales growth.
• Ensure company procedures are followed consistently, with particular attention to HACCP and food safety standards.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, can lead and motivate a team, and has previous experience in a similar environment. Living locally is preferred. The role requires complete flexibility, including availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
