This Retail Sales Associate / Crew position is an entry-level role with flexible scheduling designed to fit different lifestyles. The job includes typical store duties such as handling cash, processing fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking shelves. In some locations, the role may also involve food preparation and following food safety standards. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is helpful but not mandatory, as training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, dependable service and work to meet or exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Process cash, fuel, and other transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
• Stock products and help maintain overall store presentation.
• Prepare food and present it properly where food service duties are assigned, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
• Follow health code and food safety standards.
• Promote the rewards and loyalty program to customers.
• Handle repetitive physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Compensation for this role is posted at $17.00 to $22.78 per hour. The company notes that actual pay may differ from the advertised range and that compensation, bonuses, incentives, and benefits are subject to company policies and applicable law. This is an on-site part-time position in Pickering, Ontario, Canada.
