Role summary

The Steward will support kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across assigned areas. This role focuses on keeping surfaces, floors, tools, and workspaces clean and orderly, while also operating cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene practices required in a hospitality kitchen environment.

Key duties

• Maintain clean and sanitized surfaces throughout kitchen and related work areas.
