Site Supervisor

Job Summary

This role is responsible for direct supervision of on-site execution to ensure all works are carried out according to approved plans, timelines, and technical specifications. The position also involves coordinating labor and contractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping the project achieve its targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site progress and confirm tasks are completed in line with drawings and schedule.
• Oversee workers and contractors, assign duties, and track day-to-day performance.
• Ensure all work complies with approved technical requirements and standards.
• Prepare and submit daily updates on progress, issues, and site observations.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other relevant departments to resolve field challenges.
• Track the availability of materials and equipment and support efficient usage.
• Enforce occupational health, safety, and site compliance procedures.
• Address field issues promptly and escalate recommendations when needed.
• Follow up on work quality to ensure delivery meets required standards.
• Supervise final handover of completed works and verify they are ready for approval.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in field supervision or site management.
• Good ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong supervisory and site coordination skills.
• Capability to manage teams and solve problems effectively.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
