This opening is with Centrum Housing Finance Limited.Role OverviewThis is a field and branch-based sales role for a fresher, focused on home loan and mortgage loan sourcing, customer engagement, and end-to-end support in the application and documentation journey.Key ResponsibilitiesBring in business through DSA and DST channels by working the open market.Support customers in obtaining home loans and help them complete the required documentation.Make sure the mortgage and loan paperwork is completed correctly and without errors.Source directly from prospective customers and build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Work toward monthly targets and contribute to the branch’s overall achievement.Address customer questions at the branch and keep complaint levels at zero.Coordinate with the credit team so that customer-side requirements are resolved quickly.Reach out to potential customers proactively through calls and visits, offering suitable mortgage solutions such as home loans and loans against property.Perks and BenefitsSelected candidates will receive a certificate and may be offered a job opportunity based on performance.Additional InformationThis position is open across Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Jabalpur, Indore, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Mysuru, Warangal, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Mumbai, Varanasi, Jaipur, and Gwalior.
