About the Company
Pagos Consultants is an expanding specialist recruitment firm with strong knowledge across payments, fintech, technology, quant, and portfolio management. The business works with leading employers to source high-quality talent while supporting professionals in progressing their careers. Due to fast growth and increasing client demand, the company is looking to add a commercially minded sales professional with recruitment experience to its team.
Role Overview
This position is an active business development role, not a back-office support function. The main focus is to create new commercial opportunities and feed a strong pipeline for the sales and account management teams within the recruitment sector.
Location and Working Pattern
This role is based in the City of London and requires on-site attendance five days per week.
Compensation
The package includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out research on target organisations within the company’s core specialist markets.
- Identify the right decision-makers and hiring leads at prospective client businesses.
- Use high-volume outbound prospecting methods such as cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Speak with prospects to uncover their hiring requirements and business needs.
- Arrange qualified meetings for senior consultants.
- Keep CRM records accurate and maintain clear pipeline tracking.
- As the role develops, take on initial conversations with clients independently.
