About the Role
Apex Management Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and compliance within their operations in Kolkata. This role is crucial for maintaining a secure working environment and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct regular safety meetings, comprehensive audits, and thorough inspections to guarantee strict compliance with all established safety standards and regulations.
- Partner with senior management to conceptualize, develop, and implement a robust Emergency Action Plan, alongside managing incident investigations and case handling.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the safety committee, ensuring effective functioning and proactive safety initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent and visible on-site project presence to monitor safety practices and address any emerging concerns.
Required Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a background in safety management, with a preference for experience within the beverage industry. A proactive approach to safety and strong leadership skills are essential.
