The Real Time Coordinator will oversee live operational support for drilling and industrial data monitoring setups. This role keeps communication flowing between operations teams, customers, rig staff, and technical support so that real-time services stay available and incidents are handled quickly.

You will be accountable for service continuity, escalation handling, quality of support, and coordination across a round-the-clock support environment.

What you will do

  • Handle real-time support coordination for assigned drilling rigs and customer environments.
