Role overview

The ideal candidate will bring quality control experience from industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and similar regulated environments.

Key duties

• Track production workflows and examine raw materials, components, and finished goods to confirm they meet required quality benchmarks.
• Carry out product tests and assessments to detect faults or differences from expected standards.
• Gather, review, and interpret quality-related data, performance measures, and trends.
• Keep clear and complete inspection records, testing outcomes, deviations, and corrective measures to support traceability and accountability.
• Guide and train colleagues on quality assurance procedures and standards to help improve overall output quality.

Requirements

• An HND or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of quality control concepts.
• Good problem-solving ability and the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively.
