Production Controller

Role overview

The Production Controller role is focused on supporting everyday manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities

• Help keep the daily production plan up to date and monitor overall progress against schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to make sure materials reach production areas when needed.
• Maintain production boards, tracking tools, and huddle boards with current and accurate information.
• Stay in regular contact with supervisors and production leads to surface and help resolve delays, bottlenecks, or other issues.
• Watch inventory levels and flag shortages, inconsistencies, or possible supply risks.
• Assist in creating reports on production performance, including output, delivery performance, and quality metrics.
• Identify, document, and escalate ideas that could improve processes or efficiency.
• Follow company safety rules and quality standards in every assigned task.
• Carry out other related duties as needed.
