Role overview
Paxos is seeking an analytical, collaborative Product Manager to guide a team of high-performing professionals through the full product journey, from early strategy and planning all the way to evaluation. The role also involves working across teams to shape product roadmaps and uncover new growth opportunities.
What you will do
- Build business models and evaluate the competitive environment.
- Track, interpret, and act on data-backed performance insights.
- Coach team members so they can meet both personal and team goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to progress product plans and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent background with at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and collaboration abilities.
