Role overview
The company is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to support e-commerce customer experience work across international product-led initiatives and selected high-visibility dual-branded projects. This position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, solving complex challenges, and improving the connection between customer expectations and the overall digital experience.
Location and schedule
This role is based in Miami Tech Hub, with a hybrid setup that requires on-site presence four days per week and remote work on Fridays.
Engagement duration
The contract is expected to run for 6 months or longer.
Key responsibilities
The role centers on shaping customer experience, managing initiatives, and aligning product direction with business goals. It also includes team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and support for broader product ownership and analysis tasks.
- Champion the customer perspective by using data to identify real needs, expectations, and pain points.
- Plan, deliver, and oversee customer experience initiatives across multiple products to improve website experiences.
- Create and share a clear product direction that supports business OKRs, while managing discovery, scope, timelines, and spend.
- Develop approaches that support internationalization and globalization across different experiences and applications.
- Present the customer experience vision and goals to stakeholders to secure alignment and support.
- Own product quality, feasibility, and business viability while coordinating work across cross-functional teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to encourage performance and growth.
- Handle additional product owner and product analyst responsibilities as needed, along with other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required. The role calls for at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce, travel, or another consumer-oriented digital environment.
Technical and functional strengths
Candidates should be comfortable with design thinking and Agile practices across the full product lifecycle, including planning, development, QA, and deployment. Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and team leadership are important for success in this role.
Additional requirements
Experience in travel e-commerce is highly desirable. Prior ownership of budgets that serve multiple stakeholders is also preferred. Familiarity with customer and behavioral science, e-commerce marketing strategies, accessibility needs, and digital ADA requirements will be useful. Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar analytics and experimentation tools is expected.

This role requires someone who can manage several priorities at once, make sound judgments, work effectively with technical teams and customer-facing groups, and communicate complex issues clearly to senior leadership.
