You will assist with payroll processing, check timekeeping information, manage payroll records, respond to employee questions, and provide general administrative support. Key responsibilities
- Support payroll runs accurately and within schedule.
- Review timesheets, attendance details, overtime, and payroll changes.
- Check payroll data for completeness and correctness before it is submitted.
- Assist with calculations for pay, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Help maintain compliance with payroll rules, policies, and procedures.
- Keep employee payroll records and supporting documents up to date.
- Enter and update payroll data in payroll systems.
- Assist with payroll setup for new hires and record maintenance.
- Support payroll reporting and audit preparation activities.
- Answer payroll questions from employees and managers in a professional manner.
- Explain pay, deductions, benefits, and payroll timing clearly.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential is required.
- An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll, accounting, finance, administrative support, or a related area.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- High numerical accuracy and strong data entry skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
