Role Summary

The organization is looking for an HCM EBS Functional Consultant to support Oracle EBS human capital management work. The position calls for deep functional knowledge, the ability to guide stakeholders, and hands-on involvement in implementation and support activities.

Experience

Candidates should bring around 7 to 10 years of experience, although this can be flexible for exceptionally strong leaders.

Core Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, and SSHR.
• Practical capability in setup and configuration, functional enhancements, security design, reporting, workflow handling, and customization.
• Recent experience working directly on Oracle EBS implementation and support assignments.
• Background in government or public-sector environments, with an understanding of compliance demands and stakeholder management.
• Ability to take ownership of the HCM stream, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide dependable functional direction during the engagement.
• A professional presence, positive outlook, and strong personal integrity are important for success in this role.
• While experience matters, the priority is the candidate’s ability to influence stakeholders, show ownership, and deliver outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to OAF, ADF, or reporting tools to support functional and technical collaboration.
