Role overview

The Officer for Learning & Development plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering employee training and development activities across the organization. This position helps ensure learning initiatives are executed effectively, training needs are identified accurately, and employee capabilities grow in line with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement learning and development plans and training programs that reflect departmental and organizational requirements.
  • Organize training calendars, logistics, and communications with both internal teams and external training partners.

  • Support workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives so they run smoothly and keep participants engaged.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation, attendance logs, and learning records in HR systems.

Experience and education
