Middle Project Manager

This position is for a Middle Project Manager with solid project management experience and a strong background in process implementation. The role focuses on building and rolling out internal systems and business processes, working closely with stakeholders at different levels, and turning business needs into practical delivery plans.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the complete lifecycle of internal projects, from collecting requirements to delivering solutions and embedding new processes.
• Running stakeholder discovery and user interviews to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and convert findings into clear project requirements.
• Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to keep expectations aligned and communication clear.
• Tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and putting mitigation plans in place when needed.
• Driving the rollout of new products, tools, or workflows into current business operations.
• Supporting change management and adjusting quickly when priorities, requirements, or business needs shift.
• Monitoring project progress and KPIs to ensure delivery stays connected to business goals.
• Collecting and reviewing data to guide decisions and refine proposed solutions.
• Preparing status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and close efficiency gaps across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Practical exposure to business process analysis, optimization, or workflow design for products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with both business and technical audiences.
• A decision-making style grounded in data and analysis.
• Experience using AI or introducing AI into products or business workflows.
• Good organizational and delivery skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Hiring Process
