Role overview

This position is for a Night Shift Logistics Manager in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing a shift across the region’s sales depots, ensuring stock levels are maintained, depot losses are kept to a minimum, hygiene standards are upheld, operating procedures are followed, and quality and safety requirements are met through close monitoring of team performance.

Responsibilities

• Keep all health and safety requirements fully observed and maintain a consistently safe workplace.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow standard operating procedures and the company’s quality policies.
• Oversee product receiving and dispatch, reduce depot losses, and compile weekly as well as monthly reports.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, manage rotation effectively, and make efficient use of available space throughout the shift.
• Follow QSHE requirements in full and keep all required safety documentation up to date.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position within an FMCG warehouse setting is needed.
• Strong English fluency is essential.
