Junior Brand Designer

About the Role

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a Junior Brand Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is an excellent chance for a designer with 1-2 years of experience to enhance their skills in branding, digital, print, and motion within a dynamic retail setting. The role involves creating compelling branding, campaign, and retail designs, producing digital assets for various online platforms, and supporting print and promotional artwork. You will also develop motion graphics and collaborate closely with the Brand Design Manager on creative initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing engaging branding, campaign, and retail design materials.
• Producing digital assets for web, email, and social media channels.
• Assisting with the creation of print, in-store, and promotional artwork.
• Creating motion graphics to support digital campaigns.
• Collaborating with the Brand Design Manager on various creative projects.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience, either from an in-house or agency background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• A solid grasp of branding principles, layout design, typography, and artwork production processes.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases creativity and adaptability.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Working Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
