Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive IT Manager who can take charge of technology operations, infrastructure, and systems across the organization. This role suits someone who enjoys leading technical teams, improving reliability, and introducing practical technology improvements.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and enterprise software.
- Put in place and enforce security controls, cybersecurity practices, data protection measures, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate system enhancements, software rollouts, and implementation of IT projects.
- Track performance indicators such as uptime, incidents, and service-level agreements.

- Handle vendor relationships, IT spending, procurement, and technology assets.
