Role Overview
As a Human Resources Generalist at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, you will help run the hotel’s HR operations while contributing to the kind of warm, memorable experience Hilton is known for. The role combines hands-on people support, administrative accuracy, and compliance-focused work within a hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, learning and development, pay and benefits administration, employee relations, labor matters, compliance, workplace safety, and performance support, while following company HR policies and applicable federal and local rules.
- Help strengthen team member engagement through recognition efforts, special events, and other activities that support a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain employee information in HR systems, support transition tracking, prepare reports, and process unemployment claims.
- Support adherence to employment laws, fair hiring standards, and internal company procedures.
