Role Overview

Aristocrat is seeking an HR Associate to join its Information Technology division in Noida. In this role, you will help advance People & Culture initiatives, strengthen employee support, and improve service delivery through modern HR technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving employee issues, working with digital support tools, and helping shape a better HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support to employees, P&C business partners, and managers through email, chat, phone, and AI-enabled service channels.
  • Use HR knowledge resources and multiple systems, including chatbot and AI-assisted tools where relevant, to research and resolve queries accurately.
  • Support the US region and work according to US shift timings.
  • Log each request in the case management tool, including customer details, issue data, and progress updates, and route more complex matters to the right team.
  • Complete HR-related transactions by gathering the necessary information from employees, managers, or HR partners.
  • Explain HR policies and programs clearly and in a way that is easy for employees to understand.
  • Handle the assigned queue efficiently and meet agreed service-level timelines.
  • Record the discussion and final resolution in the helpdesk system.
  • Help drive adoption of AI-based support tools and chatbot solutions to improve speed, consistency, and response quality.
  • Spot recurring questions and contribute to chatbot content, knowledge articles, and standard response templates to reduce repeated cases and improve self-service.
  • Check AI- or chatbot-generated replies for accuracy, tone, compliance, and suitability before or after they are shared, as required.
  • Work with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve support processes and employee journeys.
  • Use reports and data insights to improve service performance, employee experience, and digital support channels.
  • Handle employee data carefully and ensure AI tools are used responsibly to protect confidential and sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an HR contact center, shared services, or HR operations setting handling inquiries and transactions across multiple HR or P&C areas is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in supporting HR or People & Culture operations.
  • Strong customer service mindset with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Capable of working independently with general guidance.
  • Able to use knowledge articles and guides to research and respond to questions.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, HR systems, chat platforms, and AI-assisted support solutions.
  • Interest in learning and applying technologies such as AI, automation, and chatbots to improve support effectiveness.
  • Good judgment to verify information, recognize blockers, and ensure AI-assisted outputs meet policy, quality, and compliance expectations.
  • Experience contributing to knowledge management, chatbot content, service improvement, or process optimization is an advantage.
