Role overview

This full-time housekeeping role is based at Raffia City Plaza in Ikot Ekpene, Nigeria, and is a non-management position within the Housekeeping & Laundry function. What you will do

As part of the guest environment team, you will handle a broad mix of housekeeping tasks across the hotel. Your work may include responding to guest requests, replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms, and maintaining public areas. The goal is to support a welcoming atmosphere and make sure the property consistently meets cleanliness and service expectations.

Working expectations

This job requires a hands-on presence throughout the shift. You will need to spend long periods standing, sitting, or walking, and be comfortable moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without help. You must also follow safety practices, comply with company procedures, protect confidential information, maintain quality standards, and present yourself and communicate in a professional manner at all times.
