Role Overview

The General Manager - QA will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities for an OSD formulation manufacturing environment, ensuring that operations remain compliant with applicable regulations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to regulatory expectations, company policies, and established quality assurance procedures.
• Design, strengthen, and roll out quality assurance systems for oral solid dosage manufacturing operations.
• Carry out periodic audits and site inspections to spot gaps and improvement opportunities in production processes.
• Work closely with teams across functions to address quality concerns and put corrective actions into practice.
• Deliver training to employees on GMP practices and cGMP requirements.

Eligibility

This position is open to candidates holding a B.Sc. in any specialization or a B.Pharma in any specialization.
