Role Overview
This is a remote hourly contract role focused on annotating gameplay footage for machine learning and model training purposes. The work involves completing short gaming sessions and delivering high-quality recordings for review.
Work Format
The engagement is flexible, with individual sessions usually lasting between 15 and 60 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate assigned gameplay across titles such as Minecraft and other open-world or exploration-style games to support model development.
- Carry out annotation tasks according to structured instructions, including exploration, simple interactions, and objective-based gameplay.
- Make sure all recordings meet quality expectations, such as stable frame rates, no lag, and the correct capture configuration.
- Upload finished video files accurately and reliably so they can be reviewed and processed.
Candidate Profile
The role suits someone with solid PC gaming experience, particularly on a Windows computer, and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions with precision. Applicants should also be comfortable installing and using recording and input-capture tools on their own, and must have a dependable internet connection for transferring large video files.
