The role centers on handling freight brokerage activity, ensuring smooth dispatch coordination, delivering dependable customer support, and building productive relationships with carriers and clients. You will also manage client accounts and help keep transportation operations aligned with customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day freight brokerage operations.Coordinate dispatch activities and support transportation movement.Maintain effective working relationships with carriers and clients.Manage client accounts and work to maintain high satisfaction levels.Respond to customer needs with strong service orientation.Help ensure logistics processes run efficiently and reliably.Required QualificationsApplicants should bring a solid understanding of freight brokerage and brokerage operations, along with strong customer service and relationship management capabilities. Experience in dispatching or coordinating transportation services is valuable, as is the ability to handle client accounts and resolve issues effectively. Good communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills are important. Familiarity with logistics and transportation management software is also expected.
