Role Overview
U-Haul is looking for a Facility Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the Alcoa, TN location. This role supports the company’s service standards by making the facility presentable and comfortable for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping floors
- Remove and dispose of trash
- Monitor cleaning supplies, maintain inventory levels, and request replenishments when needed
- Take on additional tasks as assigned

Work Environment
This job may involve moderate hazards or discomforts, including exposure to moving equipment, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Safety procedures must be followed, and protective items such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Physical Requirements
The position can require extended periods of standing or staying in one place, moving indoors and outdoors, reaching items at different heights, and handling equipment that may weigh at least 50 lbs with or without assistance.
