Job Summary

This position supports senior leadership with a mix of administrative, coordination, and strategic tasks. The role sits within the Jio World Centre environment and calls for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-changing setting.

What You’ll Be Handling

  • Keep the leader’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedule organized.
  • Plan travel, including flights, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Draft, polish, and organize correspondence, reports, and marketing presentations.
  • Help prepare materials for leadership reviews and strategy sessions.
  • Serve as the main communication channel for internal and external interactions on behalf of the leader.
