Key Responsibilities
- Run the dishwashing equipment and keep the process moving efficiently.
- Check that rinse and wash temperatures stay within the proper range.
- Refresh water as needed and handle dish chemicals correctly, including storage and use.
- Arrange and prepare dish racks in an orderly way.
- Take out trash and keep the area tidy.
- Follow all required food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- Work cooperatively with teammates and support a team-oriented kitchen environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay is provided weekly.
