Data Entry Operator / Entry Level

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Operator to assist with information handling, record maintenance, documentation updates, and well-organized remote administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Help keep daily workflows moving by coordinating records and supporting team tasks across functions.
• Update and maintain documentation so internal records stay accurate and organized.
• Share clear status updates, questions, and progress information with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial data with care, where applicable.
• Support dependable, structured, and detail-focused execution in a remote setting.

Required Qualifications

• High levels of attention to detail, dependable communication, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfort working remotely while taking ownership of tasks and following through.
• Ability to perform well in a structured corporate environment.
• Capability to manage documentation, records, or operational work accurately.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to remote teams or documentation-intensive workflows.
• Background in administrative, operational, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

• This is a remote position available to candidates based in the United States.
• The role is offered on a full-time basis.
• Responsibilities may be individual-contributor focused or coordination-heavy depending on the assignment.
