Role overview

The company is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support ongoing product improvement and work closely with teams across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and examine information from job listings, industry publications, and government sources to uncover hiring trends and market patterns.
• Build and maintain databases that keep job market information organized, accurate, and consistent.
• Use statistical methods and visualization tools to turn findings into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
• Research labor-market topics, including employment policy and job market developments, to support strategic decisions.
• Take on additional data-focused tasks and project work as required.

Required profile

• Educational background in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Mining, or a related area.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and interpret trends.
• Comfort with statistical modeling, data visualization, and tools such as Excel, R, and Python.
• Experience finding and synthesizing information from multiple research sources.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner who can adapt to a weekly iteration workflow.

Preferred profile

• Exposure to immigration and employment regulations, especially H-1B-related rules.
• Positive, creative, and collaborative approach to team work.
• International background is considered an advantage.
