About the role

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding UK D2C business in the sports nutrition sector as a Performance Creative Strategist. The brand has grown quickly since launching in 2024, moving from £0m to £20m, and is building out its creative team to support paid social growth.

The role is based in South West London and sits on the client side. You will help shape attention-grabbing paid social creative across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, with a strong focus on direct response performance.

What you will do

  • Develop compelling paid social concepts designed to capture attention and drive performance.
  • Create and refine ad ideas for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Contribute to the wider creative process for a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Bring an outside-the-box approach to direct response advertising.
