Creative Director

About the role

Londontown, Inc. is looking for an experienced Creative Director to steer the brand’s creative vision across digital channels and advertising. This position calls for a leader who can keep visual output consistent, strengthen audience engagement, and balance creative direction with practical business needs. A strong understanding of the beauty space is important, along with the ability to guide a varied creative team and improve both user experience and day-to-day efficiency.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative workflow and ensure a unified look and feel across digital and advertising assets.
• Shape and drive the digital content plan, covering social media, website creatives, and video work.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams so the creative output supports wider business objectives.
• Supervise and develop designers, copywriters, and content creators while encouraging fresh ideas and high standards.
• Apply performance data and audience insights to refine creative approaches for engagement, conversion, and brand influence.
• Follow a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week onsite in Bayonne, NJ.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in a Creative Director or other senior design leadership position, ideally within the beauty sector.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates capability in digital and advertising design.
• Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional creative teams.
• Solid knowledge of beauty trends, customer behavior, and brand positioning.
• Comfort with a range of design and production tools, including Adobe, Figma, AI-based tools, video editing, and color correction software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn business goals into compelling creative plans.
• Portfolio, previous work samples, or project examples are expected to be shared.

Additional information

This is a full-time position based in Bayonne, NJ. The role is structured as hybrid, with in-office presence required once per week.
