Role overview
Seriös Group is hiring a Creative Designer to strengthen its in-house marketing capability as the business grows. This is a newly established position focused on raising the quality and consistency of the company’s visual output across brand, marketing, sales, and digital channels.
The role is highly hands-on and suited to someone who can move quickly between different types of work, from campaign ideas and digital creative to print collateral and presentation design. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to turn briefs into polished assets that support both brand positioning and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities
- Produce and oversee high-quality visual materials for campaigns, sales collateral, social media, presentations, and the website.
- Interpret creative briefs and turn them into clear, effective design work that aligns with the brand and supports business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all internal and external brand touchpoints.
- Take the lead on campaign concepts and visual storytelling for priority sectors and propositions.
- Create digital design assets such as website pages, landing pages, and campaign creatives, including LinkedIn ad formats.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and senior stakeholders to understand needs and develop suitable creative solutions.
- Handle several projects and deadlines at the same time while keeping a strong eye on detail.
- Build and improve templates, reusable design assets, and brand guidelines to support long-term consistency.
- Keep current with design trends, new tools, and emerging AI capabilities, applying them where relevant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a design position, ideally in-house, though agency background will also be considered.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand, campaign, and digital design work.
- Advanced capability in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience delivering both digital and print design work, including website design and UX-related tasks.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating creative assets for web and social platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence using AI tools to support and speed up design workflows.
- Motion, video, and editing experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.
- Desirable: experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Desirable: background in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Desirable: basic HTML/CSS knowledge to help collaborate with an agency web team.
