About the role

This position sits within gTech’s Users and Products team, which focuses on helping people get the most value from Google products. The team supports users and partners worldwide by sharing user insights across the wider organization, improving customer and product experiences, and contributing to launches across Google’s consumer ecosystem.

As the Content Strategist, you will define the overall help and support approach for users and customer care agents across multiple content channels such as help centers, agent knowledge bases, and multimedia formats. The role calls for close partnership with global stakeholders across different time zones, so flexibility in working hours is important to support overlap with other regions when needed.

Google offers compensation based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In Ireland, the pay range for this role is €90,000 to €92,500 per year, plus a 15% bonus target.

Minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Production team to create and deliver accurate, useful, and high-quality content across all supported locales and channels, including overseeing AI-assisted content creation or publishing tools where relevant.
  • Work with stakeholders on content project management and approvals, serve as the primary point of contact for how content can support product changes, business objectives, and priorities, and represent user needs with executive product partners and product managers or engineers.
  • Identify ways to improve content and related workflows or multimedia through data, best practices, and experimentation, and measure the impact of support content for one or more products or product areas.
  • Shape content experiences for users so they align with product and support objectives, using customer understanding, industry data, technical constraints, and journey insights.
