About the Organisation

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a nonprofit body that promotes responsible forestry worldwide. With more than 150 million hectares of forests certified under its system, FSC brings together environmental, social, and economic priorities in equal measure. It works alongside forest managers, smallholders, and public authorities to safeguard forest ecosystems and support communities that depend on them. Through its forestry standards and chain-of-custody certification, FSC helps tackle climate change and biodiversity loss. Its logo appears on millions of products globally and is widely regarded as a trusted symbol of responsible forestry.

Working with FSC means contributing to forests that are healthy, resilient, and protected for present and future generations.
