You will join a fully remote, international environment focused on expanding strategic partnerships across the iGaming space. The position is suited to a commercially minded professional who can uncover new opportunities, negotiate strong deals, and nurture relationships with content providers, aggregators, and wider industry partners. Alongside business development, the role also involves market research, commercial agreement improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to help scale innovative gaming products. It offers a high degree of independence, strong visibility, and room for long-term professional growth.
What you will do
- Build new partnerships with game providers, aggregators, and content studios to help drive business expansion.
- Handle commercial discussions and manage partnership agreements from early-stage outreach through contract signing and ongoing account management.
- Assess potential partners by reviewing their content portfolio, commercial setup, technical fit, market position, and any exclusive inventory.
- Improve current agreements by checking performance, renegotiating terms, and strengthening commercial outcomes where possible.
- Keep track of market movements, new technologies, regulatory updates, and emerging competitors to spot strategic openings.
- Work closely with product, technical, and legal stakeholders to align on integrations, launches, and partnership execution.
- Grow and maintain a solid partner network built on long-term, mutually valuable relationships.
- Follow partnership results and turn the findings into insights that support business planning and growth decisions.
What the role requires
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or a comparable commercial role within iGaming.
- Strong knowledge of gaming content ecosystems, including providers, aggregators, distribution models, and partnership structures.
- Hands-on experience negotiating, managing, and improving agreements with gaming providers, aggregators, or similar stakeholders.
- The ability to assess commercial terms, performance data, and business opportunities to guide decisions.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, presentations, and relationship management.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, with the confidence to negotiate and manage international relationships.
- Good organizational ability and comfort working on several projects and with multiple stakeholders at once.
- A self-driven, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- A pre-existing network in gaming studios, aggregators, or the broader iGaming market is an advantage.
- Familiarity with conferences, regulatory environments, and technical integration processes such as APIs, reporting tools, and back-office systems is a plus.

- Paid annual leave, public holidays, and sick leave to help maintain work-life balance.
- Participation in company events, workshops, team-building, and networking activities.
- A collaborative, transparent culture that values initiative, innovation, and growth.
- High autonomy and the chance to directly influence partnership strategy and business expansion.
