Role overviewThis is a full-time position that requires working on site in Anaikatti, Coimbatore. The role focuses on finding new business avenues, creating qualified leads, overseeing business activity, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams to support growth and help advance the organisation’s goal of economic sustainability.Key responsibilitiesSpot and pursue fresh business opportunities.Build and qualify leads to support growth efforts.Handle business activities and maintain ongoing client and stakeholder relationships.Partner with internal teams to contribute to expansion plans and organisational objectives.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in business development and lead generation.Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking ability.Clear and effective written as well as spoken communication skills.Ability to carry out market research and interpret data to uncover growth opportunities.A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.Background in production management, account management, and long-term client relationship building.Exposure to social impact or community-focused organisations will be considered an advantage.
