Business Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a Business Analyst who can examine how the business operates, spot opportunities to improve, and turn findings into practical recommendations. The role involves working directly with stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into clear, usable requirements and insights that support informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements.
• Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows.
• Spot gaps in systems or operations and suggest ways to improve them.
• Work with teams across functions to help deliver projects successfully.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Assess project results and check whether they support business objectives.
• Use analytical tools to assist with data review and decision-making.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
• Strong analytical ability and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Hands-on experience with gathering requirements and producing documentation is needed.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are important.
• The role requires comfort working in a dynamic environment with several priorities at once.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices is an advantage.
• Experience with process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle is helpful.
• Strong capability in presentations and reporting is desirable.
