Role Overview
This position supports backend business development work, with a strong focus on tender handling, proposal creation, collateral upkeep, cold calling, and close coordination with regional business teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble bid packs, EOIs, RFP replies, and final proposal submissions.
- Create and maintain company brochures, presentations, case studies, and other supporting materials.
- Monitor tender opportunities and manage submission coordination end to end.
- Make cold calls and assist with lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with regional sales and business teams to support pipeline activities.
- Liaise with vendors and OEMs and follow up as needed.
- Track opportunities and maintain submission timelines and schedules.
- Assist with pre-sales activities and proposal management tasks.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. The role is suited to candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Strong ability to organize documents and maintain records accurately.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Previous exposure to tender or proposal coordination is an advantage.
