Role OverviewThis role is for a fresher technical support associate based in Bangalore who will help ChargePoint customers by handling technical queries, resolving assigned cases, and supporting the team’s service targets. The position is full-time and onsite.About the CompanyThe company provides electric vehicle charging solutions, combining hardware, software, and services to support organizations, fleets, and businesses that want to run EV charging programs. It positions itself as an enabler of charging solutions rather than a station operator.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn assigned customer cases in a ticketing system and work through technical questions and issues raised by ChargePoint users.Close cases while meeting productivity, quality, performance, and SLA expectations.Provide practical fixes, explanations, and workarounds for technical problems.Investigate issues thoroughly and involve teammates whenever collaboration is needed to reach a timely resolution.Maintain case notes and documentation as part of knowledge management efforts.Create new knowledge base articles or revise existing technical documentation for support use.Recognize complex problems and route them to the correct internal team for deeper investigation.EligibilityThis opportunity is open only to candidates from Bangalore. Applicants should also be Computer Science Engineering students, and the listed degree requirement includes BA, BCom, BBA, or BMS graduates only.RequirementsMust be based in Bangalore.Should be a Computer Science Engineering student.BA, BCom, BBA, or BMS graduation is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.Good interpersonal, motivational, and organizational abilities are expected.Must be comfortable working night shifts.No prior experience is required.PerksFree snacks and beverages.Cab or transportation support.Additional InformationSalary is ₹3,85,000 per year.
