Associate & Senior External Auditor

About the Opportunity

EY is hiring Qatari national Associate and Senior External Auditors to join its Doha Audit team. The role supports the KSA Audit team and focuses on helping clients fulfill their reporting obligations through accurate financial statement audits and useful insights on accounting and reporting issues. Key Responsibilities

• Take part in audit assignments as an effective team contributor, sharing ownership, supporting colleagues, and keeping senior team members updated on progress.
• Assist in preparing for and attending meetings with client management teams.
• Help produce client-facing reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts and other stakeholders.
• Develop internal and external networks and flag potential business opportunities for EY when identified.
• Support people-focused initiatives, including the hiring and retention of assurance professionals.
• Recognize audit and business risks early and escalate concerns when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are reviewed by the appropriate next-level reviewer.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional external audit experience.
• Candidates must be Qatari nationals.
• A strong academic background is preferred, along with a degree or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
• Experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable.
