Role Summary

The Associate Account Manager will support partner growth by managing onboarding, handling ongoing account relationships, and working closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams. Key Duties

  • Take ownership of pre-launch planning and go-live coordination to bring partners onto the platform successfully.
  • Split time evenly between onboarding/project work and active account management.

  • Support partner success by helping them get the most value from the platform, with an emphasis on retention and monetization rather than only selling.
  • Keep a structured and consistent outreach rhythm to reduce churn and keep accounts active after onboarding.
  • Work across internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from sale to launch and beyond.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, implementation, or customer success, with strong exposure to onboarding and project coordination.
  • Solid project management ability, including handling pre-scopes, deadlines, and technical setup needed to launch clients efficiently.
  • A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping partners solve problems and succeed.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities during go-live while still maintaining close relationships with existing accounts.
  • Experience in SaaS or SMB environments, especially where retention and commercial results matter, is advantageous.
  • Comfort with high-volume account work and cross-functional collaboration.
