About the role
The North Face is opening its first store in Perth, adding to its established Australian retail footprint, and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store’s day-to-day success.
In this position, you will work closely with the team across sales, visual merchandising, and inventory control. The role also offers the chance to step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities whenever required during absences, giving you room to demonstrate your leadership capability.

An interest in outdoor and active pursuits is considered valuable. Activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel are especially relevant to the brand’s lifestyle focus.
A retail certificate is a plus, though it is not mandatory. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, or 2 to 3 years in retail sales. Strong computer skills and the ability to guide a lively team with confidence and leadership are also important.
Working pattern
This is a full-time role with working days from Tuesday to Saturday.
